As fun as sex may be, intercourse alone is not enough to make most women orgasm. In fact, based on recent research, only 18% of women reported that penetration was sufficient for them to climax.

This figure is fairly low. Meanwhile, based on a survey it was found that having a favorite sex position makes women always produce orgasms. If the sex you are having does not succeed in making you reach climax, here are sex positions that can be tried, as reported by the Health page, Wednesday (24/3).

1. Cowgirl
Some women like this sex position because it allows their body to be touched, kissed, or just admired by their partner more than when they do any other position.

This position also allows you to control the speed and depth of penetration, depending on what your body wants. Meanwhile, your partner's hand is free to stimulate you to where you want to be.

2. Missionary Leg Left
Missionary is a comfortable position but not always superorgasms for women. However, based on the survey, the missionary is a favorite position because women lie on the bed, feet on the shoulders of men and penetrate quickly while also doing clitoral stimulation.

Researchers Find a Relationship between Meat Consumption and Increased Risk of Dementia

A recent study found that eating just one rasher of smoked meat a day can increase your chances of developing the disease by 44%. The study is published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.

Scientists from the University of Leeds Group of Nutritional Epidemiology used data from 500,000 people. It found that consuming a 25 gram serving of processed meat a day, the equivalent of one rasher of bacon, was associated with a 44% increased risk of developing the disease.
However, meat lovers need not worry, as their findings also suggest that eating some unprocessed red meat, such as beef or veal, can be protective. The reason is, people who consume 50 grams a day are 19% less likely to develop dementia.
Researchers are exploring the potential link between meat consumption and the development of dementia, a health condition that affects 5% to 8% of 60s worldwide.

"Worldwide, the prevalence of dementia is increasing and diet as a modifiable factor could play a role. Our study adds to the evidence linking consumption of processed meat with an increased risk of various non-communicable diseases," said Principal Investigator Huifeng Zhang, PhD student from the Faculty of Science and Nutrition. Food University of Leeds, as quoted from the Times Now News page.

The team studied data provided by the UK Biobank, a database containing in-depth genetic and health information for half a million British participants aged 40-69 years, to investigate the link between eating different types of meat and the risk of developing dementia. This data includes how often participants eat different types of meat, with six options ranging from never to once or more per day, collected in 2006-2010 by the UK Biobank.
The study did not specifically assess the impact of a vegetarian or vegan diet on dementia risk, but included data from people who said they did not eat red meat. Among the participants, 2,896 cases of dementia occurred during a median of eight years of follow-up. These people are generally older, economically poorer, less educated, more likely to smoke, less physically active, more likely to have a history of stroke and a family history of dementia, and more likely to be carriers of genes strongly associated with dementia.
