A healthy skin indicator is when the skin glow or if someone's skin looks fresh, that means the skin is healthy. As there are different types of skins, so problems will also differ. · Massage- Massage the skin with oil or cream which stimulates the flow of blood to the surface which active the skin cells which results in glowing skin. Regularly practicing this helps in achieving the results as per set up.

· Drink plenty of water- According to the research, one needs to drink at least 10-12 glasses of water daily to get rid of dehydration. Even our skin needs water otherwise the skin becomes dry, dull & even other problems could also be there.

· Raw potato- A raw potato is a great tool to make the skin brighter. It is an excellent source for treating dark circles and other problems.
