Like Disney California Adventure, Universal Studios Hollywood will be hosting a limited-time event that will allow the park to reopen on a very limited basis, allowing guests to enter the park, shop, and dine, but not experience any attractions or shows. This new event is called "Taste of Universal" and will kick off later this month on Friday, March 12.

Admission tickets to Taste of Universal start at $44 plus tax for adults and $25 plus tax for kids ages 3-9 years and include five food options for adults three for kids  with additional food offerings available for purchase. Discounted admission tickets will be available for Universal Annual and Season Pass members.

In addition to sampling goodies from almost every area of the park (including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Springfield USA, and more), guests will also be able to shop at select stores inside the park, including the new Secret Life of Pets store that was set to open last March as part of the grand opening of the new Secret Life of Pets: Off the Leash attraction.

As you might expect, capacity for this event will be tightly controlled, temperature checks will be required for entry and face masks will need to be on when not actively eating or drinking. You can learn more about this event on Universal's official event website here.

When she’s not booking FastPass+ reservations, standing in a queue or eating the latest specialty cupcake, you can find her watching a Marvel movie, reading a book (probably by Neil Gaiman) or singing along to showtunes in her car.
