More and more companies at the beginning of the road choose UAE for the development of best development company in UAE, either as an essential part of their business, or as an extension or automation of the processes inside the business.

The general opinion is that the technical level of UAE programmers is much above average.

The UAE technical school still bears the best quality. Engineers and programmers are known for their ability to solve complex tasks, for their diligence and seriousness and for the fact that they deliver on 

time.

Although most specialized universities do not have an updated curriculum to align with industry standards, advanced knowledge of mathematics, programming, engineering, etc. transmitted during formal studies trains the minds of programmers for innovative projects, bringing discipline to the way students or pupils work.

In addition, there are many people who have successfully reoriented themselves professionally in the IT area through informal education.

Price

The value for money for software development services is (still) very good .

Although prices are rising, Dubai is still attractive from this perspective for startups or large companies that want to develop software products. Based on the popular pricing approach to Agile software development, the “time and materials” regime (quantifying the number of hours worked on a project and starting from an hourly rate), international clients often notice that the high value (output) received in the unit of time in collaborations with Romanian IT companies is a key factor for which I choose to work with Dubai. We will return to the price in the following.

Communication

Communication with Dubai IT professionals is easy and involves relatively few cultural barriers.

The language most often used in collaboration within software projects is English, and in this regard Dubai companies do very well. The accent of UAE is generally easy to follow, including for native English speakers.

From a cultural point of view, there are also few differences and they are easy to overcome , so it is easy for international clients to communicate with Dubai professionals. Conversations can easily become enjoyable even at the level of "small-talk", as cultural references overlap. This is a great advantage, given that in collaborations with Asian outsourcing companies, which are apparently more financially attractive, communication is a barrier that often contributes to exceeding budgets and deadlines.

The flexibility and openness of Romanian companies in terms of attitude is also appreciated, these being especially important aspects for startups.

"So where do we have work to do?" you will ask yourself.

First of all, our pricing advantage is in jeopardy because there are pressures to increase it. It is necessary, therefore, for Romanian software development companies to find alternative solutions to further attract international customers, perhaps appealing more to the other points. Another potential solution would be to focus on developing your own products , instead of focusing exclusively on outsourcing.

Secondly, we are in a continuous process of improvement in the creative area and in terms of soft skills, still having much to learn. A deep understanding of the client's business allows proposing and building better solutions for the client, but this understanding involves the accumulation of knowledge from areas other than technical.

Last but not least, although international customers, especially those in Western Europe and the US who have heard of the local ecosystem, appreciate the application developers here for the reasons listed above, there are still relatively few who know Romania for IT or in general. Our reputation is still one with relatively low resonance.
