Actor Kwon Hyuk-soo is Positive Covid-19, Agency Apologizes

Korean actor and comedian, Kwon Hyuk-soo, tested positive for Covid-19. This condition was confirmed by Humap Contents as Kwon Hyuk-soo's agency. They said it happened after the artist held a meeting with staff from finance.
"The meeting was on April 14. At that time, the staff showed no symptoms and was not aware of being infected with the corona virus. After that, Kwon Hyuk-soo was just notified that the staff was positive for Covid-19," the agency said.

"Kwon Hyuk-soo immediately underwent a medical test and as of April 22 he was tested positive for Covid-19," said Humap Contents as reported by Sports Chosun via Naver.
They emphasized that Kwon Hyuk-soo immediately underwent independent isolation since finding out that one of the staff was infected with the corona virus. He is now postponing all scheduled activities and conducting quarantine according to health protocols.

Humap Contents also stated that all staff, employees, and other artists who had interacted with Kwon Hyuk-soo immediately underwent medical tests and underwent independent isolation according to health protocols.

Kwon Hyuk-soo made his small screen debut through SNL Korea 2 in 2012. Since then, he has appeared in a number of dramas such as D-Day, Dear My Friends, Lucky Romance, Missing Nine, The Rebel, White Nights, and Man to Man.

# Denny JA's NFT paintings sell for around Rp1 billion

The NFT painting by researcher and writer Denny JA entitled "A PORTRAIT OF DENNY JA - 40 Years in the World of Ideas" has now been sold at a price of 27.5 WETH, or around Rp1 billion.
The self-portrait painting was successfully bid and owned by AlanJoe Jr. after being auctioned through the OpenSea website. From the auction page, there were no other bidders.

AlanJoe Jr.'s bid was submitted Thursday (22/4). Denny JA has been auctioning the painting by Galam Zulkifli since April 16, 2021 through the OpenSea website.

Thai Actor Off Jumpol is Positive Covid-19

 Thai actor Off Jumpol Adulkittiporn is positive for Covid-19. The news was confirmed by GMMTV as a production house as well as a talent agency. They said the results were obtained after the artist underwent a medical on Wednesday (21/4).
"GMMTV wants to inform that Off Jumpol Adulkittiporn, the actor under GMMTV is positive for Covid-19. The test results came out today (22/4). Currently, Off has no symptoms and will receive good treatment in the hospital," wrote GMMTV.
In the statement, GMMTV also stated that they and Off had informed everyone who may have interacted with him in recent times.
Not only that, Off is also said to be providing details on the schedule of previous activities in the near future for tracing purposes. Therefore, all activities and activities that have been previously scheduled will be postponed until Off has completely recovered.

Based on Johns Hopkins University data accessed on Thursday (22/4), Thailand has reported 48,113 cases of Covid-19 with a record 117 deaths.

Thailand is facing an increase in Covid-19 cases in recent days. On Sunday (18/4) the Ministry of Health reported 1,767 new cases which became a record. Then, on Wednesday (21/4) they reported the latest 1,458 cases of Covid-19 and two deaths.

This has also resulted in a number of fan meeting events from artists of many agencies having to be postponed indefinitely.
