As for bikini tops, they both recommend ones with larger cups to provide maximum support. Underwire and “flounce” (a.k.a., ruffled) tops also give your breasts great lift and coverage.

Your bikini should hug your body and be easy to move in. When you try it on, do a bend and sit test. “This will allow you to see how the bikini feels when sitting, standing, and moving around,” Guevara-Prete says.
