  • Cranberry has something called proanthocyanidins which can benefit one’s oral health. It can prevent any kind of gum diseases and bacteria formation that happens because of the teeth binding.
  • Cranberries can also help in nourishing the skin and make it soft and supple. One can blend a quarter cup of honey with 2 tablespoons of dried cranberries and add a spoon of essential oil to apply it on skin. Keep it for 10 minutes before washing it away and this can show some improved results.
