In these Machines first, the image or design on computed then scanned by the computer and then is formed in the form of the patch then this patch is stitched layer by layer and finally is ironed by giving strong heat and finally our patch is ready.

There are so many types of stitching in embroidery patches depending on their manufacturing but the most common and widely used patches are given:

  • Running stitch
  • Satin stitch
  • Hemming stitch
  • Cross stitch

In modern equipped machines, the patches are sealed by plastic at back due to which the edges become strong. There is a low risk of bending and there is more protection for a long period. And sometimes organic made compounds are used at the back which is much more reliable and durable than plastic or cotton made patches.

Uses of embroidery patches

The most common uses of the embroidery patches are given:

  • It can be used for the custom uniforms, to show or boost up their brands.
  •  It can be used for advertisement purposes, for the brands to show their brand at a higher place and for this mostly logos are used. Which are then printed on the shirts to make their product look similar to a brand.
  • In meetings of a company or a meeting of some ambassadors, instead of plain T-shirts. The professional patches and company logo is printed on the shirt to show off their identity or to look professional.
  • Usually, in universities, colleges, and schools these embroidery patches are printed on the uniforms of the students. So that the school or college name can be famous or identified to the outsiders and so that they demonstrate the authority.
  • In sports, it is used for the official kits of the players like in basketball, cricket, football, and motorbike competitions.
  • It can also be used to show or demonstrate the sponsors. Because in sports most of the brands support teams financially and in return sports teams play a key role in the advertisement of their sponsors.
  • People who are associated with the law departments have patches on their uniforms like in the police Department.
