Insurance Business New Zealand reveals the Young Guns 2021 list

To those outside the sector, the insurance industry is still struggling to shake off its ‘old and stale’ image. However, there is a reason that while many may ‘fall into’ insurance, few choose to leave it with such a wealth of career opportunities available. Fortunately, there are a host of savvy young individuals showing that the future of the New Zealand insurance industry is bright.

With this in mind, for the fourth successive year, Insurance Business New Zealand can reveal its Young Guns list.

The Young Guns report, which was launched in New Zealand back in 2018, sees IBNZ produce an annual survey asking for nominations from across the sector – including from brokers, insurers and underwriting agencies – for those aged 35 or under who are already impressing with their talent and professionalism. In the 2021 edition, 22 hardworking young men and women have been profiled, spotlighted for their accolades and accomplishments, their client feedback, and their innovative approach.
