Big Hit Entertainment has confirmed their change of company name. Today, Friday (19/3), the company held a New Brand Presentation through the Big Hit Labels YouTube channel.

Through the presentation, Big Hit Entertainment announced their new name HYBE, which symbolizes "connection, expansion, and relationship." Instead of the Big Hit name disappearing, HYBE will become "a bigger container for Big Hit to nest in". Consisting of HYBE HQ and HYBE America, the company will consist of the HYBE Label, HYBE Solutions, and the HYBE Platform.

Big Hit Music, BELIFT LAB, Source Music, Pledis Entertainment, KOZ Entertainment, and HYBE Labels Japan will be placed under the HYBE Label. HYBE Solutions will include business units specializing in video content, IP, education, games and more, while the HYBE Platform will include Weverse Companies.
Along with the name change, a preview of the company's new building in Yongsan was revealed. CBO (Chief Brand Officer) Min Hee Jin revealed, "The HYBE room is a flexible space and reflects the characteristics of the entertainment industry by realizing the values ​​of horizontal communication, flexibility and connectivity."
