Did you accidentally delete a cell, or made a mistake with your dataset? You can look for “Undo Cell Operation” in the Jupyter menu bar to bring back the cell you deleted, or undo the cell operation of your data.

Did you write a forever-looping algorithm by mistake? Do you suspect your current algorithm is not going to output what you expect? You don’t need to close everything or delete the cell. Look for the Interrupt Kernel button on the Jupyter menu bar and interrupt the currently running cell to save your project from data loss.

If you have a large folder containing dozens of files, it can be extremely tedious to import each one of them individually. What you can do instead, is transform that folder into a .zip file and open that in Jupyter:

As a general rule of thumb, I’d recommend you spend your work hours doing the job they paid you for. First, because it’s the right thing to do. Second, because, otherwise, you’ll just be giving them a reason to fire you, unless you were Carlos Recio.

So in hindsight, I suppose five guys holding a garden hose might seem like a waste of resources and worthy of annoyance. But it could always be worse. At least they are doing something.

Just as with neumorphism, this style shines especially bright when it’s used on just one element — like the backgrounds in the above example. Of course — again — presentation plays a huge role here, but you could imagine a desktop web interface using a similar level of transparency for just it’s backgrounds.

Looking through Dribbble, they’re all currently sitting under the #glass hashtag, but I think #Glassmorphism is more fitting. A glass can simply be a glass you drink from, so I believe this style deserves a name for which it can be easier identified.

The above example may be on the verge of readability in some places, but it’s a clear representation of this trend. The background is very subtle, yet still visible, and the shapes have a 1-point, semi-transparent white outline to simulate the glass edge.
