new breakthrough, New Apple Music Feature to Assist Speech Therapy

Apple Music has collaborated with record label Warner Music and Accenture Interactive's Rothco to bring the Saylist feature to its music streaming platform.

According to a report from the BBC, Saylist is a collection of playlists containing selected music to help young people with speech-sound disorder (SSD).
Apple Music uses an algorithm invented by Rothco to scan all the songs in its database.
This algorithm will later select songs that have repeating lyric patterns commonly used in speech training. In this way also allows the listener to sing together as a form of speech therapy.

This feature is also assessed as being able to make children with SSD repeat syllables, words and phrases that are considered to be one of the most successful therapeutic strategies.

The repetition involved can be tedious and tiring for kids, which is why "Saylists" is designed to add a fun and engaging element.
So far, the algorithm has selected 173 songs that meet its criteria, including Dua Lipa's "Don't Start Now", Lizzo's "Good As Hell," and Fatboy Slim's "Right Here, Right Now".

Saylists is only available in English and can only be accessed by ‌Apple Music‌ subscribers in the UK. It is not yet known whether the program will be expanded globally.

Twins separated for 20 years Reunited by the TikTok application

Two beautiful 30 year old mothers in China passed by on TikTok by chance. By having much in common, including being adopted at birth and birthmarks, the two believe they are twins separated from birth.

Cheng Keke and Zhang Li were amazed by how similar they were and they also had the same birthday date.
Not only that, they were of the same blood type and had a mole above their left eyebrow which further raised their suspicions.
When they faced their separated families, they found that they had both been adopted by their parents when they were babies in Gongyi.

Quoting Newsweek's report, Friday (26/3/2021), their meeting on TikTok which became big news had made the beautiful women believe that they were twins who had been separated for a long time.

Cheng told Henan Television that when he first messaged Zhang on Douyin, the Chinese version of TikTok, he was initially mistaken for a con.
"I sent him (Zhang) a private message saying; 'You have to ask your parents how many daughters they have'," Cheng told the station.
Cheng traveled the 30 miles to meet Zhang for the first time last month and after seeing each other in person, they are now convinced that they are twins.

The two 30-year-old women said they would have a DNA test done if their families gave their blessings. Both said that their families had admitted to adopting them in Gongyi when they were babies.

However, neither parent has any documents to prove the adoption that will be given to them at that time.

Cheng and Zhang, who are both married and have children, are now planning to undergo DNA tests to confirm whether their suspicions are correct.
