Teen arrested after child thrown from 10th floor of Londons Tate Modern gallery monolithal

'There is nothing to suggest that he is known to the victim,' the statement added.

The London Ambulance said it received the first call about the incident at 2:40 p.m. local time (9:40 a.m. ET).
