The Vital Voices Festival (VVF) was officially opened by the State Public Film Production Company (Perum PFN). According to him, the demand for labor in the creative industry sector is projected to increase to exceed 8 percent by 2035. The number of creative economy workers in Indonesia will be quite large when compared to other countries.

As a comparison, in Indonesia there are 14% of the creative economy workforce, while in Asia Pacific there is 43%, Europe 26%, North America 16%, Latin America 7%, Africa and the Middle East 8%. "Especially in the industrial era 4.0, where the industrial sector is required to take advantage of advanced technology or digitization so that it can increase capacity and product quality more efficiently," he said.

Therefore, he added, in order to increase demand and economic growth, especially in the creative industry in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, synergistic efforts are needed to involve all relevant stakeholders.
