Skint student earns £635k in a year after quitting university to sell sexy snaps

A "skint" student decided to quit university to pursue a career as an OnlyFans model. She's now earning upwards of £635k a year by selling saucy pictures

A “skint” student has raked in a fortune by selling sexy pictures during lockdown.
Kaya Corbridge quit her international relations degree at Leeds Beckett university to become an OnlyFans content creator back in 2017.

Taking a leap with her career has proven to be very lucrative as the 24-year-old has raked in £635,000 in the last year.

She’s been able to travel to destinations such as Bali, Mexico and Portugal and lives a luxurious lifestyle.

The influencer, who is originally from Lancashire, told Leeds Live: “Since lockdown happened business has blown up. My income has tripled some months.

“On a really good month my gross income can be about £100,000.”
Kaya continued: “My subscriber count has gone up too, now I have 18,000 subscribers which is insane.

“Honestly, I just want to make as much money as I can while people follow me as I travel the world in all my naked glory!”

Instead of blowing all of her income, Kaya has invested in properties – including a family home for her brother.

She said: “I don’t tend to look at my bank account unless I’m making a big purchase.

“I try to invest my money rather than leave it sitting there. I nearly bought a second house for myself, but it’s such a slow process and I can be impatient.”

Kaya added: “I want to buy a house in the Lake District and live in the countryside.

“I recently bought my brother a house too – his baby was due in February, so I wanted to give him something to look forward to. I planned it all without him knowing and then surprised him with a new family home.”

While many assume money comes easily to the OnlyFans star, running a successful page requires a lot of work.

The racy model explained: “People want consistent content so you have to stay on top of it.

“My workload has been a hell of a lot more recently.”

Kaya spends a lot of her time replying to fans and meeting their saucy requests.

She said: “Every morning I reply to all my messages and then if I have any special requests, I’ll get working on that…

“People love to see my feet, they love them in the sand, I even got my toes tattooed with little symbols which one of my subscribers paid for.

“Another common request is food - people like to watch me eating topless. But it’s always fatty foods like cake – it's never healthy. ”

The glamour model only shoots content one day a week and spends the rest of her time interacting with subscribers, as well as doing business and admin.

Kaya explained: “I try and spend one full day a week creating content – but to be honest I don’t have a routine.

“I’ve never really had a routine in my life so I don’t expect to have one now.

“I also spend hours and hours networking with other OnlyFans girls and arranging promotions with them.

“I’ve actually met some really lovely girls and made some good friends through OnlyFans.”

The influencer has some words of warning for others thinking about joining the platform.

She said: “I’d tell people to really consider it, it can be a slippery slope because the money is addictive, and your explicit pictures and content will be out there forever.

“Once you share it, it’s gone, there’s no going back. You have to put all your eggs in one basket.

“It’s not easy money, unless you already have a big platform online. But if you do get a good network of loyal subscribers, you can earn thousands and thousands every month.”

Kaya added: “At first I worried about my explicit pictures, but not anymore.

“It’s made me money, and nowadays, it’s much more accepted – everyone knows someone in the industry in one way or another.”
According to The Sun, Jade said: "We simply weren’t making enough on one income to pay the bills and just got further and further behind every month.

"Normally I have a super positive outlook, I try to look for silver linings but when it was like that it was the lowest low, having to worry about where you family is going to live."

Thankfully, the extra money coming in from Jade’s Snapchat business saved the family.

She explained: "We went from late fees and shut-off utility services to paying our bills early and stashing money in savings.”

Jade has since moved her business to adult subscription site OnlyFans, where she can earn $30,000 (around £21,000) a month.
She’s snapped up an SUV, new wedding ring and designer earrings.

The glamour model has also had breast implants done, upgraded her house and jetted off on plenty of holidays.

Jade, who has been with her partner since 2006, says the saucy venture has also put more spark into her marriage.

She said: "Prior to online sex work, I was a stay-at-home, home-schooling mum.

“I was a pretty boring, vanilla wife, and our marriage was lacking.

"This job has kind of returned me to my pre-mum days."
The former pastor told Truly: “I was raised in a very conservative, religious environment.

“The message was when you become a wife and mother you’ve reached the pinnacle of womanhood.

“I tried to become that woman for most of my life.

“I decided I want to be a preacher and a pastor. I want to tend to my flock and bring people together.

“The church where I rose up as a pastor was a mega church – it’s a huge community with thousands of people.”

Nikole continued: “When I was a pastor I was still subscribing to belief that I am responsible for how men view me.

“I would spend so much time on my outfit.

“Like don’t wear too tight jeans or I probably shouldn’t wear high heels because that could look provocative or sexy.

“That was just a lifetime of shaming women – body shaming, sex shaming and victim shaming – it was so toxic, it was so controlling, it was so unhealthy.

“But then I had my awakening. I realised my queerness and that I’d kept it closeted. I felt terrifyingly me.”

Nikole found the strength to come out and leave her religious career behind her.

She explained: “There was this pressure to fit the mould and as a queer woman in a very straight, male-dominated church, I was afraid I was too much and I would get in trouble.

“I knew I would likely lose my job and my church.

“But it eventually got to a point where I couldn’t hide it and I decided to come out publicly.”

After quitting her pastor job, Nikole set-up her first sexy photoshoot in 2018.

She recalled: “It was in 2018 that I finally scheduled by first photoshoot – it was something I wanted to do for years and it felt so beautiful, tasteful, artistic and expressive. The more I did, the more I wanted of that."

After getting a taste of life in front of the cameras, Nikole wanted more of it.

She started her own OnlyFans page, which she says has “become a full blown money-making job”.

Nikole explained: “I’ve gone from being a pastor in my church to being a successful adult model.

"I make between $30,000 (around £21,000) to $100,000 (around £72,000) a month.”

She added: “A few years ago we were broke.

“I was a stay at home mum, I didn’t know my purpose.

“But then, I had my awakening and shifted and I’ve become who I was always meant to be.”
