As a CEO of RC Ali Corporation, Solomon provided consulting services to entrepreneurs and investors during COVID-19 pandemic. His company helped businesses stay afloat by keeping adequate cash reserves. Just when businesses world-wide took a nose dive and many plunged into losses, Solomon, with his RC Ali Corporation provided many companies access to capital marketing and led the initiative of adaptability.

Revolutionary Concepts has the Intellectual Property rights of the two-way audio and video technology, which is now commonly used in smart home technology. He founded the company in 2004, and from that time till today, REVO secured more than 60 live patents for smart home technology and automated security electronics. Through the company's platform, Solomon had the privilege of selling the licensing rights to top tech companies, including Chamberlain, Health Co., August Home Incorporation, Alarmforce NC Incorporation, Amazon Ring LiveWatch Security LLC, Alarmforce LP, Bird Home Automation GmbH, Skybell Technologies, and Bird Home Automation LLC.

Solomon's efforts as the CEO of NDR Energy Group earned him a ticket to enter in Black Enterprise's Top 100 list in the US. Under his leadership, the company sold the contracts to more than 31 public entities, including numerous gas and electric power distribution and production companies and various utilities inside the US. This alone speaks volumes of Solomon's business mind and his niche in bringing companies from near death to profit-earning corporations.

Away from REVO, SYS, and NDR Energy Group, Solomon is a host for Minority Business Access (MBA) podcast. His podcasts allow him to seamlessly connect with people from middle and black-class communities, sharing his thoughts on financial business, stagnancy, and startups.
