Press Windows + R to open the Run window.

Type msiexec.exe / fvaum “% userprofile% desktop msxml.msi” and press Enter

Download the msxml.msi installation file from the Microsoft MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 3 page and save it to the Windows desktop.

Double click on the msxml.msi file that we download.
